Hey it's Keith Kravitz and here's a list of what's hot when it comes to Grand Canyon tours from Las Vegas & South Rim...

Bottom Picnic w/ Free Transfers
|
Imagine this: Flying from Vegas over Lake Mead and Hoover Dam before descending 3.5K feet to the bottom. Now deplane, head to the picnic area and start popping bottles and sipping Champagne. Folks, this experience is available ONLY from Las Vegas. You can't do it anywhere else.
Judging by how fast these tours sell out, travelers are catching on. Fast. And it's why I strongly recommend that if you want this tour you always RSVP. Learn more...

The Skywalk is a horseshoe-shaped, all-glass platform that lets you walk 70 feet over the edge until you are standing some 4,000 feet over the bottom. How does it feel? Like the world's tallest elevator. Or like levitating on a glass couch. Or like walking on water. It's an
incredible sensation and when you combine it with perfect views of the Canyon, well, it doesn't get any better than this. It's also super popular. Fortunately, all tours include VIP passes, which let you cut to the front of the line. Read more...

You only live once so why not fly the best, right? Deluxe, 5-star tours cost more but they are the cream of the crop. What makes them special is the EcoStar 130 aircraft. This "bird" boasts a 180-degree wraparound windshield, stadium-style bucket seats and a cabin that's 25 percent
larger than older aircraft. You also get free hotel transfers by stretch limousine and a tour over the Las Vegas Strip. Indeed, these are premium tours, but remember the old adage: "You get what you pay for." I couldn't agree more, especially when it comes to these elite flights. Learn

Airplane - Vegas to South Rim
|
Vegas helicopters can't fly to the South Rim. It's too far. Take a bus or drive and it's 5.5 hours one-way. Take an airplane and it's 60 minutes. Consider this and the plane is clearly the best and ONLY option when it comes to getting to the South Rim. The plane lands at Grand Canyon
National Park Airport. There you'll transfer to a helicopter and do a 30-minute ride from South Rim to North Rim and back before sliding into a bus for a tour inside the Park. If you REALLY want the South Rim from LV, this is the #1 option. Read more...

Headed to Vegas for vacation, work, a re-union, a bachlorette, a stag party, an anniversary, a wedding...whatever it is make sure you make time for a helicopter ride to the Canyon. There are two kinds of helicopter rides: ones that fly over it and ones that fly to the bottom (all go
over Lake Mead and Hoover Dam and the Colorado River). Frankly, I prefer the landing tours, especially the one that lands for a Champagne picnic at the base. There's another that combines a boat ride with a VIP Skywalk ticket. No matter what your budget or inclination, there’s a heli ride for you. Learn more...

The South Rim, which is located in northern Arizona near Tusayan (which itself is located near Sedona, Flagstaff and Williams), is home to a number of great tours. First, please remember that you CAN NOT land at the bottom or fly below the rim at the South Rim. All trips are aerial.
My favorite is the 50-minute flight. It goes over the South, East and North Rims and takes in the Colorado River Confluence and the incredible Dragoon Corridor, the widest and deepest section of the Canyon. Then there's the one that comes with a 4x4 Jeep tour. Read more....

The most important thing you can do to get the best helicopter tour at the lowest price is to buy your trip in advance. It's that easy. And to make sure you can RSVP with confidence, we offer one of the best cancellation policies in the business! See, after years and years of being
in this business, one of the key questions we get from travelers (especially overseas visitors) is: "What happens if bad weather cancels my flight?" The short answer is you get a 100 percent all-money back refund. No questions asked. Ever. Or say you get sick or a member in your group gets sick? Our cancel policy has got you covered on that matter, too. Learn more...
