Sunset Helicopters
Choppers fly throughout the day. However, there are certain times that are better than others. Sunset flights are one of those. You get better contrasts and the golden light that dances over the Canyon walls and floor is unforgettable. More details...
Skywalk Helicopters
The most popular attraction at Grand Canyon West is the Skywalk. Hands down. It's the reason why there are three helicopter options that include the glass bridge. Bear in mind that these flights don't leave as often throughout the day as other flights. If you're going to go for it, book now and book fast. Read more...
Vegas to South Rim...FAST!
Helicopters can't fly to the South Rim. It's 277 miles to the east and it's too far. Which is why I recommend the direct plane flight. It's a quick 60-minute ride to Grand Canyon National Park Airport. And once you land, you can do a helicopter tour or head straight to the bus and cruise the National Park. More details...
Skywalk Airplane
Can't afford the Skywalk helicopter? Do a plane tour. These tend to be cheaper and there are more seats because planes hold up to 19 people compared to 6 for helicopters. But don't get complacent. Skywalk plane tours are in high demand so pre-book this champion of the air and get read for the time of your life! Read more...
Rubber Meets Road
Bus tours form Vegas take the blacktop to the West Rim and the South Rim. The former lets you load up on incredible side trips like the Skywalk while the later can be jacked up to include a rim-to-rim heli ride. Regardless which rim you visit, these tours take an entire day so make don't make plans for the evening. More details...
November Deadline!
That's right. The last raft shoves off down the Colorado River the second week of November. Seems everyone knows this because rafting bookings have been piling up like it's nobody's business. Not surprising, really, considering they are a tremendous value and that kids 4 years of age and older can do these all-inclusive gems. Read more...
