Hi,
Keith from Grand Canyon Helicopters and I hope this message finds you safe and well.
Our intention is to have our tours up and running April 20, 2020, but based on new developments, particularly in Nevada, Arizona, and the USA in general, this could change.
Las Vegas, which is in Clark County, NV, is under a "stay-at-home" order until April, 30, 2020. Non-essential businesses, including travel industry (e.g. hotels, tour companies, etc.) are also closed until then.
The West Rim of the Grand Canyon, which is managed and operated by the Hualapai Indian tribe, is closed. It was scheduled to reopen first week of April but hasn't. No word yet when it will re-open to the public.
In Arizona, Grand Canyon National Park, which is home to the South Rim, remains open to visitors but with limited services. It wouldn't surprise me if the Canyon closed in the next week or two.
Further, Arizona has also closed all non-essential business until April 30, 2020. This includes tour companies like ours and hotels. South Rim lodging including El Tovar, Maswick, the RV Park, Mather Campground etc. will open for business on May 22, 2020.
To re-iterate: Nothing's changed in terms of our tours. We are 100 percent NOT flying until April 20. This applies to all helicopter, airplane, raft and bus tours that depart from Las Vegas and South Rim.
Reservations are now being accepted for tours starting April 20. Don't forget our iron-clad cancel-refund policy:
Tours can be rescheduled free of charge. Or they can be cancelled for a 100-percent refund for health reasons. Same applies if there's a weather issue. Further, you are free to cancel and get a full refund if you do it 24 hours before flight time.
Thus:

Stay safe and healthy and all my best,
